Use our customer feedback software to copy feedback from your Drift conversations and add them as actionable Features in your ProductFlare dashboard!
Install Chrome ExtensionQuickly highlight Feature ideas or requests from your customer conversations in your Drift inbox.
Click the ProductFlare Chrome Extension icon in your browser and the highlighted Feature from Drift will automatically be converted to a Feature request.
In the widget, add your customer's information including full name and email so ProductFlare can link them as a Follower to the Feature request.
If you ship that Feature, the customer who requested it in Drift (and anyone else who upvotes it) automatically get's notified!
